Zonedin Vision Contact Lenses

 

How does my subscription work?

Zonedin Vision does not send you automatic shipments. YOU CONTROL WHAT YOU ORDER. We can send you a reminder with your consent, and we will never automatically charge you.

 

Are Zonedin Vision contact lenses FDA registered?

 Yes, our contact lenses have been FDA registered for sales in the US for more than 5 years.

 

Do Zonedin Vision lenses have ultraviolet (UV) filters?

 Yes, all of our lenses have UV filters.

 

What power ranges do you offer?

 We currently offer lenses with powers ranging from -0.50 to -12.00 and +0.5 to +6.00

 

Do you sell lenses for people with astigmatism (toric lenses)?

 At this point we are concentrating on selling daily lenses to individuals without astigmatism. However, Zonedin Vision contact lenses are cleared for use by patients with mild astigmatism (less that -1.00 cylinder). If you have a mild astigmatism and are interested in Zonedin Vision Contacts, we recommend you seek guidance from your eye care provider.

 

Can teenagers wear Zonedin Vision Contact Lenses?

 Yes, all patients who are thirteen and older and have a valid prescription can wear monthly or daily lenses. Patient under the age of eighteen must receive parental permission before placing an order.

 

Can I use a contact lens solution to clean or store my Zonedin Vision contact lenses?

 Our monthly lenses are designed for individual use and should be cleaned and stored and cleaned daily with a cleaning solution approved for contact lenses. Daily lenses, however please do not attempt to wear more than one day at a time. Please discard after each daily use.

Can Zonedin Vision help me find a medical professional to make an appointment for a contact lens fitting?

If I go to one of the doctors you let me know about, do I have to pay for my appointment?

 Yes. Just like any visit to your doctor, you are responsible for the cost of your appointment. However, many of these doctors accept vision insurance (assuming you have appropriate coverage remaining). To be clear, these doctors do not receive any form of compensation from us and they will only prescribe Zonedin Vision contact lenses for you if they believe Zonedin Vision contact lenses are the most suitable for you. Please refer to this page for more information about the doctors in your area. To make things more simple, you can take an online exam on our website (click here) www.zonedinvision.com

Do I need a prescription for contacts to place an order for Zonedin Vision Contact Lenses?

 Yes, download a current valid prescription or visit our online exam click here @ https://app.govisibly.com/partners/zonedin-vision/signup

 

How do I order if I don’t have a physical copy of my prescription?

 You can still place an order if you do not have a copy of your prescription. If you know your prescription info (check on the side of your contact lens box for your current Rx) you can provide it to us during the checkout process, along with the name of your eye care provider or clinic. We will contact your eye care provider on your behalf.

 

If you do not provide us with a copy of your prescription, there is a chance that you may order and receive contact lenses other than those you were prescribed, since we rely on info from you and your eye care provider in order to complete your order.

 

What happens if my prescription changes?

 It depends. We may reach out to your eye care provider, which helps us determine whether we can continue your subscription. In that case, we will check in with you first. In addition, you can also provide us with a copy of your updated prescription, or reach out to us @ info@zonedinvision.com . We can also refer you to our Zonedin Vision online vision test for a faster response.

 

If you do not provide us with a copy of your prescription, there is a chance that you may order and receive contact lenses other than those you were prescribed.

 

Shipping

 

Where do you ship?

 We currently ship to the United States, including intercontinental.

 

How long does it take to deliver lenses?

 For regular shipments we use UPS private carriers to assure quick 2 day shipping. Due to Covid 19 we have been informed some shipments may be delayed.

 

What is the cost of shipping for each delivery?

 Our shipping charges vary depending on the size of the order. Please see cart for details.

 

What is your return policy?

 Contact Zonedin Vision  info@zonedinvision.com and we will be more than happy to resolve any issues within 2 business days.

 

When will my purchase order be shipped?

Same day if ordered before 2:00 PM. All orders are shipped within 2 business days. It may take a few days for us to contact your doctor before we ship your order, so orders placed on Friday, holidays and over the weekend will not ship until the following week.

 

Someone placed a fraudulent order. How can I stop it from shipping?
